From 2-4 October 2007 a workshop was organised in Nairobi, Kenya, as part of Phase 2 of a project on "Regional Institutionalisation and Scaling up of Farmer Study Group (FSG) Activities". The objectives of the workshop were to provide a strategy for scaling up and institutionalisation of the concepts of training methodologies, and to provide a strategy for how to move policy processes and the institutional set-up in the countries towards a stronger demand drive and market access.
